Can't fault the experience I had with PPAC. From getting the initial quote to install, everything was quick, easy and answered questions I had. Professional from start to finish. Advised rough price range over the phone for what I was seeking. After sending a few photos I received a quote with 2 options the same day. They then offered options for when they could come out and install the split system (very soon too). Arrived on time. Introduced himself prior to the other boys arriving. Installation was smooth. We have been trying to improve our Central Heater air flow after a very poor installation by a well known local central heating company many years ago. After unsuccessfully seeking advice and recommendations from many companies for many years we finally came across Peninsula Plumbing and Air Conditioning.
Wow, we were so impressed with Nathan's willingness to listen and his recommendations that we signed him up for the job immediately.
We have not regretted that move. Nathan, Jacinta and the whole team were exceptional to work with. They communicated well, arrived when they said they would, were tidy and cleaned up after each day and an absolute delight to have on the property. The quality of their work is exceptional. They have absolutely regained our confidence in tradespeople.
The new central heater unit and the replacement of the old duct work better now than ever.
We cannot recommend Peninsula Plumbing and Air Conditioning enough. They are an absolute credit to the industry.

Our gas ducted heating decided to have a tantrum so I called and the technician was out within an hour. Unit serviced, tested and up and running again in no time. The technician gave me handy tips to troubleshoot should this happen again which was super helpful.

I had my old Mitsubishi 7kw reverse cycle system replaced with the latest model. From start to finish Peninsula Plumbing were prompt and professional, they answered my many questions. Their initial quote was the lowest I received, whereas other companies were much higher but then open to negotiation. I much appreciated the no nonsense fair price up front.
